NB: Dogs are admitted only if they are on a leash and muzzled or with a special pet carrier, except for dogs for disabled people.

AABF 2023 exhibitors and visitors will be welcomed in complete safety to the exhibition center.

General Exhibition Information 2022

All African Book Fair 2022 will occur between Saturday, 20 May, and Sunday, 21 May 2023. The official opening is on 20 May 2023 at 8.00 am. The opening hours are from 9.00 am to 6.30 pm daily. The fair is open to the general public. Exhibitors are admitted to the exhibition site from 6.00 am and can remain in the halls until 7.00 pm.

Exhibitor registration is now open from 16 January 2023, if you are interested in exhibiting at 2023 AABF, we would like to hear from you.

Exhibition stand registration without payment will be held for 15 working days, afterwards, AABF has the right to give out stand to an exhibitor with a confirmed payment.

Exhibitor registration does not include food or water from the AABF team.

Co-exhibition is for a maximum of 2 people.
